We are looking forward to welcoming all oral and poster presenters in-person to the KogWis 2022 conference! To ensure a smooth process, please consult the presentation guidelines and make sure you are aware of all information concerning hard-/software and – importantly – timing. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Oral Presentations

  • 20 minutes length in total.
  • 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for the discussion period are highly recommended.
  • Mandatory: The technical setup of your presentation must be prepared during the break before your session, to assure the compatability of your laptop and equipment with the beamer. This way we can avoid technical issues interrupting the session.
      • Please make sure to contact the technical staff of the room where you will present in due time.
      • If you want to play audio- or videoclips during your talk, please make sure to allow for extra time to test the presentation.

If you plan to use your own laptop, please make sure

      • that you know your laptop’s ports and bring the necessary adapter type if anything other than standard HDMI is required.
      • to be proficient in how to quickly change your screen-/monitor settings.

If you plan to use the conference laptop for your presentation,

      • please contact us in advance.
      • note that we provide Windows, and make sure that your device/presentation does not cause any compatibility/conversion problems (e.g. Windows/Mac, open office, etc.).

Thank you for your contribution to a smooth technical process.
